a) All permanent repairs carried out are subject to a minimum 6 months labour guarantee and parts are guaranteed by the manufacturer. This is an addition to your statutory rights, in particular the supply of goods & services act 1982 and all relevant law.
b) Please ensure that all work tested before the engineer leaves and understand the operations.
c) We want you to be satisfied with our service. If you are unhappy with any aspect please ring us before making any payment or alternatively please write to our customer service manager.
d) Payment for all labour and parts should be made payable to “Celsius Complete Homecare” otherwise your guarantee may be invalidated, in addition to this debt not being satisfied.
